NU GLO BABY STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY STANDARDS
By booking a session or purchasing products from Nu Glo Baby Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Retainer
• A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time.
• Sessions are not confirmed until the retainer is paid and this agreement is accepted.
• The remaining balance must be paid [1 day] before the session unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Photography Sessions)
• Retainers and Deposits are non-refundable.
• Clients may reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the session result in forfeiture of all payments.
• If Nu Glo Baby Studio must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, payments may be refunded or applied toward a future session.

3. Late Arrivals
• Sessions will start and end at the scheduled time.
• Late arrivals reduce shooting time without a refund.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation.
ON-SITE SESSION SAFETY & DAMAGES
4. Newborn Session Safety & Cooperation
• Your baby’s safety is our top priority. All posing is done safely, and parents may be asked to assist.
• If your baby is fussy, sick, or uncomfortable, the session may be paused or rescheduled.
• Clients agree not to pressure or force their newborn into unsafe positions.
• Refunds are not provided due to baby behavior (crying, sleeping, or refusing certain poses).
• Please ensure your newborn is healthy; sessions may be rescheduled if illness is present for the safety of all.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
• Notify Nu Glo Baby Studio within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence if a product arrives damaged or defective.
• Approved replacements may be issued at our discretion.
• Minor color variations due to screen differences do not qualify for a replacement or refund.
BUYERS REMORSE, REFUND & CHARGEBACKS
6. Refund Policy – Photography Services
• No refunds for completed sessions.
• Dissatisfaction due to baby behavior, missed shots, or client appearance is not eligible for a refund.
• Liability is limited to payments made if the studio fails to deliver agreed services due to negligence.
7. Product Purchase Terms (Prints, Albums, Digital Products, Merchandise)
• All product sales are final due to the custom nature of the products.
• Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted once an order is placed.
8. Chargebacks
• By booking or purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered or products delivered.
• Chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
ARTISITIC, EDITIORAL, AND PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
Artistic Style & Editing
• Nu Glo Baby Studio’s artistic style is based on its portfolio.
• Editing, color grading, and image selection are at the photographer’s discretion.
• Requests for additional edits outside the agreed package may incur extra fees.

• Final images are delivered within [2 weeks] via a secure online gallery.
Model Release
• By booking, you grant Nu Glo Baby Studio permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless a written request is submitted before the session.
Limitation of Liability
• Nu Glo Baby Studio is not responsible for circumstances beyond control, including weather, venue restrictions, newborn cooperation, or technical issues.
• Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.
